FateID is not a producer (whether primary or secondary, as defined in 18 U.S.C. §2257) of any content posted on the platform.

All content available through FateID is created and uploaded by third-party users. FateID's role is limited to providing a platform for identity profiles, updates, and content sharing, including the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, and formatting of user-generated content.

Any request regarding §2257 record keeping for content posted on FateID must be directed to the individual user or account holder who uploaded or created the content.

Content Standards

FateID does not permit the upload of any content depicting real individuals in sexually explicit situations. Content hosted on FateID must comply with the platform's Terms of Service and applicable laws.

If you believe any content hosted on FateID violates these policies or applicable law, or if you require assistance contacting the uploader of specific content, please contact the FateID team through the platform's official support channel.

Platform Compliance Standards

Users uploading any mature or suggestive content certify that:

• The content does not depict real individuals engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
• The content does not involve real persons, photographs, scans, or videos used to represent sexually explicit situations.
• Any mature or suggestive material must comply with platform guidelines and applicable law.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any content they upload complies with applicable laws, including record keeping requirements where relevant.

FateID reserves the right to remove any content that violates its Terms of Service, community guidelines, or applicable laws.

Accounts that attempt to upload illegal material, content involving minors, or other prohibited material will be permanently banned and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required.

Reporting Violations

Users who encounter content that may violate platform rules or applicable laws are encouraged to report it through the platform's reporting system.

FateID reviews reports of unlawful or policy violating content and may remove such content without delay.

Platform Role

FateID acts solely as an intermediary platform providing identity profiles, Moments updates, and user-generated content hosting.

FateID does not produce, direct, or participate in the creation of user-submitted content.
